Richard was by far THE BEST tour director I have ever encountered during my travels. He has obviously done his research and honed in on his presentation skills. His illustrations and large sized photos make the story and visualization come to life. As an actual career firefighter during the actual 911 attact, it was obvious that Richard not only educated himself but survived the attack himself , being he lives just adjacent to ground zero. Thank you, sir, for your professionalism and heartfelt dedication honoring the first responders who tragically lost their lives protecting the people of NYC. I SALUTE YOU, SIR!!! 💪🏾🚒💨💨 Captain J. The guide was very knowledgeable and very friendly. The tour moved along well. He answered questions well and spoke loud enough for all.

What a great tour of the WTC area. Learned many things about what happened on 9/11. Also so very many heroes. It was an emotional day. I can’t wait to come back and do it again. The 911 Memorial museum is a 5-6 experience in of itself. Going to the top of One World Trade is such an incredible view. Actually breath taking. You have to go at dusk. You get the best of both worlds. The view during the day and the incredible night lights of NYC. Last but not least…… Andrew our tour guide. He was amazing. Knowledgeable, shared many stories and has a great sense of humor.
