Informative, respectful and accurate. That’s how I’d describe our tour. Richard was excellent and very friendly! We were so happy this tour went great! I appreciate the accuracy of the information and details regarding the subject of the tour: “World Trade Center”. It was so nice to hear ‘accurate’ facts as opposed to just hearing the ‘guides’ synopsis. The story boards we quite helpful as well. I would recommend this tour.

Richard was the best tour guide we've ever had. He was funny, loud enough for all to hear, and very engaging. Even took pictures for us. Great tour - had laminated pictures and great stories. Highly recommend.

What a great tour and experience - the seven of us were awed and humbled to be in the area where the most tragic part of our American history took place. The monument waterfalls where the Twin Towers stood are mesmerizing and heart-tugging, knowing that is the spot where people died and the huge buildings stood. The tour guide was a little robotic, but he was kind and had lots of information to share with us. The museum, with all its artifacts and narratives, would take several days to comprehend and completely absorb. So many pieces of the structures and remains to see. We were disappointed that, while touring the museum, we were evacuated and no one would tell us why. Since we didn't know if there was real danger, we certainly weren't going to the observation tower next door, so that part of our tour was a waste, tickets unused. The tour operator was kind and refunded the price of our museum tickets since we didn't get the full experience. We appreciated that effort. We will definitely go back to the area - the Oculus was awe-inspiring and just being in the area fills you with a sense of quite respect. Look forward to visiting the 9/11 museum and the Observation Tower when we can get its full impact.
