The guide took my husband and taught him all about vintage weaponry. Then, took him out in the woods and he experienced shooting these vintage arms. The guide gave my husband quite an education and spent 4 1/2 hours with him!!

This was an incredible experience - I went with a buddy, and even though it was a 2.5hr drive it was well worth it. Pete has an incredible command of the history of WW2 (not just the weaponry) and take the time to walk through the history and context of all of the pieces on display. We got off into the woods and got to shoot a bunch of different stuff, including pistols, rifles, sub machine guns and a .30 cal browning machine gun. Amazing experience - Pete is the man!

I went to the WW2 Small Arms Experience with a buddy who also loves history. The experience is led by Pete who is super friendly and knowledgeable. We spent lots of time going through Pete's extensive collection of WWII weaponry and memorabilia. Every piece had a fun story that helped to bring its history to life. My friend and I both have some experience with shooting, but not with these vintage weapons. Pete made sure that we knew how to handle these guns and how to do so in a safe manner. We shot a range of pistols, rifles, sub and other machine guns. We had an absolute blast! (Pun intended.) Pete seemed to be having fun, too, and we ended up staying for hours. I highly recommend this for people interested in WWII history, firearms and good company.
