I made a reservation a few weeks in advance. On the morning of, they called to say that they didn't have staff for the reserved time. They offered to re-schedule or reimburse. Our schedule did not allow for another time and we asked to be reimbursed. Although they were very nice about it, that was disappointing.

The tour guide was excellent having both knowledge and enthusiasm for the subject. I would have preferred more time inside the walls, and no time looking at the 5th Ave. shopping street. I highly recommend this tour for those with little knowledge or understanding of the street art movement.
