We rafted in July with four adults and three kids ranging in age from 10-14. The entire experience was so much fun for everyone. The River Rat guides were personable and knowledgeable. Our guide, Noah, was great and made sure everyone was comfortable, safe, and having a great time. The entire operation was smooth and ran like a well-oiled machine. You receive about 15 minutes of training and guidance prior to departure along with step by step instructions as you go. Anyone can do this, I promise. Even if you fall out (or jump out to swim like we did), they get you back in the boat no problem with minimal effort from you. You will get wet which is all part of the fun. We wore old shoes, swim suits, and athletic shorts and were perfectly comfortable. They office has a key safe so you don't have to take anything else with you. You get to raft class 2-3 rapids along with a couple class 4. Noah also guided us on how to surf (paddle backwards into a rapid), which the kids loved. You can tell that all of the River Rat staff enjoyed their job. It was a great experience.

We had such a blast with Spencer (and the other half of our crew did with Rein)! Daycation was just the right choice for our group of 9. The first part of the day gave us a chance to learn some things while still having fun. The Xtreme was the best part, though. Spencer tried some things with us to make it a bit more exciting! Bus drivers were nice and got us there safely. Place was clean, too!

That was by far the best white water trip we’ve done. Our guide Wilson was so knowledgeable about the area. Very skilled at getting us down the river and just mage it fun
