We had done this float before about 7 years ago with another company. However, River Rat and their team were much more personable. From the moment we walked in, we felt special and not just like a number. The facilities are clean and the old school house building is great. Our guide Ewok was very funny and not just Dad joke funny. The Xboat (smaller raft) and the alternate lines we took into the rapids made the run different than before and much more exciting, with spins, rail riding, and surfing in our raft- while it may sound dangerous, it was anything but as Ewok made sure our safety was paramount and walked us through each rapid and the what ifs before each turn; can’t say enough good things about this company - don’t think about it - just book with them!!

Myranda gave us a super fun experience with the Extreme rafting option. When we couldn’t get it together to try the tricks that our smaller raft could do, she made sure to talk us through it and let us try again. Very experienced guide! And the company itself had a great focus on safety ahead of time. They made sure to instill the key points to bring us all back the way we left. We will be back with the kids next trip.

Rafting with Helena - we came out for a bachelors party and we were not let down! We definitely got the most out of the xtreme rafting package. Helena was a great guide, kept us entertained and engaged the entire ride. We definitely won’t forget this trip! River rat is awesome!
