My father and I decided to visit Boston for the first time just to explore and enjoy the city. We did many touristy things but "Ye Olde Tavern Tours" had to be THE best thing we did all trip. If you love history and love beer then this is the perfect tour for you. Not only do you get to walk the freedom trail and learn about the American Revolution you stop in to three of the oldest and most historical Taverns in the City. Brook who owns "Ye Olde Tavern Tours" and also leads the tours is the best tour guide I have ever encountered. She is extremely knowledgeable and very, very personable. She made the tour fun and interacted with each person wonderfully. I think I was most impressed with the fact that she remembered every one of our names on the tour and where they were from. This is a must do tour. Even if you are an expert in this subject its at the very least fun. A great way to spend an afternoon in the wonderful city of Boston.

My wife and I spent an extended weekend in Boston for Columbus Day this year. We enjoyed the city tremendously. There is great food and many awesome activities. The most memorable for us will be the Tavern tours along the freedom trail. If you like beer or history you should consider this trip. If you like beer and history you should seriously consider this trip. If you love beer and history (like I do) then book this trip right now. Brooke brought history to life in a way that was easy to understand and very informative. We learned a great deal about the people and events that helped set the stage for the Revolutionary War. It was the perfect way to learn about the area and have a few cold ones along the way. We even learned some beer facts. It is well worth the cost. You'll have a great time. Huzzah!

It is apparent within 5 minutes of meeting tour guide Brooke that this is going to be a fantastic afternoon! She is outgoing, enthusiastic, organized and professional. The tour group is small, which makes the experience that much more personal. This unique tour explores the history of revolutionary Boston in an extraordinary way, as we visit various historical taverns and sites along the Freedom Trail. An engaging speaker, Brooke keeps us spellbound with facts, stories and fun! Wonderful choice of craft beer as we go! This tour was one of the highlights of our trip to Boston and is highly recommended!
