This is a tour of the Lower Loop of Yellowstone National Park, which will visit such points of interest as Old Faithful, Grand Prismatic Spring, Fountain Paint Pots, Upper and Lower Falls of the Yellowstone River, the Grand Canyon of the Yellowstone River, Hayden Valley, Lake Yellowstone, and much more! Bring your camera as wildlife sightings including bear, elk, and bison are common. Lunch included!

What To Expect

Upper Geyser Basin

We will witness the eruption of Old Faithful Geyser, possibly other geysers as well depending on timing of stop.

Grand Prismatic Spring

We will stop for either a short walk on the Boardwalk through the Geyser Basin, or a longer walk to an overlook of Grand Prismatic spring, depending on physical ability of guests.

Yellowstone Lake

We will enjoy the scenery of the lake as we drive along the lake.

Old Faithful

We will witness the eruption of Old Faithful Geyser, possibly other geysers as well depending on timing.

Lower Yellowstone River Falls

We will enjoy the views of the Lower Falls of the Yellowstone River from various view points, and usually a short walk.

Midway Geyser Basin

We will view Midway Geyser Basin either from a short walk on the boardwalk through the Geyser Basin, or take a longer walk to an overlook, depending on physical ability of guests.

Grand Canyon of the Yellowstone

We will enjoy views of Upper and Lower Falls of the Yellowstone river from various viewpoints and short walks.

Hayden Valley

We will enjoy the scenery of Hayden Valley as we travel through the valley and from a scenic view point, with the chance at seeing varied wildlife such as elk, bison, and beat.

Fountain Paint Pot

We will take a short walk through the geyser basin to observe varied thermal features including paint pots, geysers, hot springs and fumeroles.

This tour was spectacular! Our tour guide Amy was very knowledgeable and educated about the parks. Yellowstone and the Grand Teton National Parks were so beautiful! We saw bison and elk as well as many wildflowers. The landscape of both parks as well as the hot springs were so beautiful. Old Faithful did not disappoint and neither did the many geysers and mud pots. I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone traveling the area!

Our guide was Amy, and she made the day absolutely enjoyable. From the moment she picked us up at the start, to the minute she dropped us off afterward, she was very considerate of everyone's needs and comfort throughout the day. Lunch was provided, and it was very well done, with plenty of food for everyone. Food came from a local deli and the sandwiches were very fresh and delicious. Amy's knowledge of the areas we visited, and the wildlife we saw was impressive. Her warm and welcoming personality made the day such a pleasure. Thank you Amy and by the way, we saw the mama grizzly bear and her 2 cubs as we were leaving Yellowstone the next day! They came within 10 feet of our car. Wonderful video of them! Thank You!
