You'll travel along the Lower Loop, which provides an in-depth look at the park's otherworldly thermal areas such as the Upper Geyser Basin, where you can watch an eruption of Old Faithful, Yellowstone's most famous geyser. This tour is limited to nine people to provide a small-group experience. Everyone has a window seat. Breakfast snacks and drinks are provided. So glad we booked this tour of Yellowstone with Dale! My husband and I chose the lower loop tour and a very nice family of 4 from back East shared the van with us. Dale is very knowledgeable about the history of the area, knows the best places to see and spots animals most of us would miss. Appreciated the binoculars and spotting scope Dale provided. We saw so much more, and learned so much more than we would have driving ourselves. Be prepared for a long day 6am to 6pm as their website says. Wear comfortable shoes, and bring a light jacket; Dale can’t control the weather 😉. We were in town for a family wedding ~ Dale picked us up at our campground at 6am & while we were on the tour the extended family made dinner plans at a restaurant in Cody. Dale graciously dropped us off where the family was dining so we didn’t have to drive back to town from the campground. When we get back to Cody, we will book with Dale again to learn about the sites in the upper loop. Thanks Dale!

This was a first time visit to Yellowstone for my grandson and me. There were to have been 6 passengers on our tour but the group of 4 canceled so it was just the 2 of us. We received a grand personalized tour and had a wonderful and interesting time. He picked us up at our motel and dropped us off right on time 12 hours later. I will tour with him again on the next trip.
