My daughters and I had a great time! Ben was very courteous and helpful! He even dropped us off at Hotel Kabuki on the way home, even though it was not a designated hotel drop off place. Everyone also came back on time everytime, which gave Ben the chance to take us to Trasure Island for extra pictures.

Our guide barely spoke any English. And he was taking A LOT. For about 15 hours me and my wife just wanted him to shut up. He tried to joke around, asking passengers questions, nobody found that amusing. At 9pm we stopped at treasure island for absolutely no reason for 20 minutes. While we were 5 minutes away from home. He was 20 minutes late in the morning as well. If you're looking for a good Yosemite trip, stay away from Extranomical tours.

Hello Pavel, Thank you for taking the time to provide this feedback. We are so sorry to hear you did not enjoy your Yosemite tour with us. Most guests like his brand of humour and the photo stop in the middle of the Bay Bridge, but completely understand if you did not. We have shared your comments with the guide. If you are still in the City, we'd like the chance for a "do-over" tour. Email me at [email protected] and we'll try to make things right. Best regards, Extranomical Tours
