Thanks for touring to Yosemite with us last week.
We guarantee satisfaction for all of our guests and, naturally, were so disturbed by your review that we launched an internal investigation to look into what happened.
As you may have noticed, we have safety cameras and other sensors on our vehicles to record what happens and report problems directly to our staff back in SF. We do this for safety and for situations like this when a tour guide might need a little "polishing".
Here's what we found:
- Aoka introduced herself in a professional way at the outset of the tour
- She never requested tips
- Aoka made all of our standard stops at Tuolumne Grove, Inspiration Point, El Capitan Meadow, Valley Lodge and more
- Aoka never approached the speed limit on any roads (historically she has one of our best safety records)
- We did not find on the video any time when Aoka "threatened" guests - although she did ask them to return at the requested time
- Other guests who reviewed your tour all rated it as 5-stars
