Gorgeous country and great tour guide! This trip was totally worth the time and money. Denise was our driver, guide, photographer, and friend. She was welcoming, personable, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about our experience. She took great care of the passengers as a group and as individuals. She let me borrow her phone charger when I couldn't find mine, and was quite concerned about my daughter when she developed a headache (lots of water and an ibuprofen fixed her right up!) We truly enjoyed getting to know Denise and hearing about all the things she knew and recommended. Her love of and knowledge regarding San Francisco and Yosemite is vast! The trip was long, but stops were spread out so that we did not feel uncomfortable. Denise always let us know how long before the next stop and it was never more than 2 hours. The bus itself felt safe. It was an easy ride and we all wore our seat belts. Denise is obviously an experienced driver and very aware of how best to navigate a large vehicle on the windy mountain roads. We were so comfortable that everyone napped along the way between stops. One of the things I didn't realize was how the day would actually go, so I'd like to give a good recap. We were all picked up before 7:00 am at various hotels in San Francisco. We stopped about halfway to Yosemite at a nice grocery store. They had a great selection of food for picnics as well as restrooms that we could use. They are a regular stopping point for many tours and took care of us kindly and efficiently. We then drove on to the park, which was about another 1.5-2 hours. Once you enter the park, there are several long roads to the main points of interest, which are between 20-45 minutes apart. The first stop was a restroom break and then Denise stopped several more times along the way so that we could get out and walk around and get nice pictures of Bridal Veil falls, Half Dome, and El Capitan. She also showed us Horsetail Falls, Ribbon Falls, and Yosemite Falls. We enjoyed all of the photo ops along the way! Because of the time of year, we were unable to visit the sequoia grove. But that in turn gave us over 2 hours of free time in the heart of the park. The group split up and found places to eat, hike, and explore. Yosemite is gorgeous and majestic. 2 hours is not a lot of time, but we felt like we had already seen most of the best vantage points from the other stops along the way. We stopped again at the restrooms before leaving the park and then stopped at the same grocery store on the way home. There are fast food places in that parking lot, so people had plenty of options to grab dinner. Denise gave us some parting words of advice on the city and life before we arrived back in San Francisco :) We will remember this trip for the rest of our lives.

First off the park was great and the driver was very informative. But the 14 hour trip in a rattle trap spring ride bus over took the beauty of the park, this bus was so bad that at times everyone was air borne with the terrible California roads and a bus that rode like a hay wagon and had no bathroom! And I paid for this. So lesson learned look for tours with the real tour buses that are made for 14 hour trips with air ride suspension, even your city buses have that. Don't use this company. Oh and it's 4+ hours to the park and in the winter months (Nov -Apr) if chains are required and it was the day we went you can add an extra 1 to 1 Ā½ hours for chain up, So time in the park can be very little, ours was about 3 hours. With the bus having no restroom they stop midway in Trulock Ca at Safeway so you can use the rest room and get something to eat, Oh just what I wanted to do on my tour stop at Safeway and stand in line to use the bathroom like cattle and eat at Safeway. ā€œAGAIN DON"T USE THIS COMPANYā€ they are cheap for a reason, spend a little extra get more time in the park and your body will thank you, the last thing I wanted to do on my vacation was be all sore the next day from a bus ride I decided to save a little money on. DONā€™T USE THIS COMPANY
