The tour was amazing! Joel drove the jeep extremely well and gave us an incredible tour with an amazing view of Zion and canyons. He taught us a lot about the history, the landscape, and some fun facts about Zion and Springdale. He was very charismatic and enthusiastic to show us around. Joel is your guide and I highly recommend going with him.

Your tour guide Joel would like to say, "Thank you so much for the kind words! I had a great time with you and your family. I do love what I do, but when I get to spend my time with people as fun as you guys, it makes it all the better. Thank you for choosing ZCORT and giving me the chance to share this beautiful land."

1. On a four hour tour, I expected the tour to make a minimum of 5-6 stops, where I could take photographs of beautiful panoramas. It made only one, that lasted no more than 15 minutes. 2. I expected to learn a lot about the history and geology of the area, as advertised in your website. I learned nothing and your guide/Jeep driver hardly even mentioned either of these subjects during the entire four hours we were on the Jeep. 3. Your ad mentioned that “drinks and snacks would be offered, and there was only drinks- no snacks. 4. I expected at least some of the area we traversed to be either interesting or scenic. Conversely, it was quite mundane and boring. No flowers, no wildlife, no scenic cliffs. Nothing but scrub plants and desert. 5. Our Jeep stopped at a few other places along the way besides the main one at the end, but none of them were noteworthy in any way, and at our ages we were unwilling to climb dangerous cliffs to get to them. In summation, your website claims you are a company with “integrity” but having experienced a tour that claims to provide so much, but actually provides so little, I can certainly claim that this assessment is clearly a gross exaggeration.

We call BS on your review. You contradict yourself on how many times we stopped and if you don’t want to walk where the guide goes because of your age that’s your choice and not a reflection of our tour. In summation, may we suggest you were in a bad mood to begin with. Clearly it was more important for you to leave a negative review than give us a call to discuss your dissatisfaction. With all due respect there is only so much information a guide can discuss regarding the use of plants, native wildlife, and local history. If the guest does not find beauty riding through the desert on an off-road jeep trail with surprises around each corner, we don’t know what more we could do for you. We left a voicemail to Mother Nature and put in our order before your tour, but apparently, she was unavailable, so our apologies for the lack of blooming flowers and deer prancing about. As far as our integrity, we do what we say and we say what we do - - The photos on our website are taken with cell phones out on our tour and we are extremely accurate with the description of our tour. In the end, you just cannot make everybody happy period.

We had a great afternoon on the Jeep tour. Randy grew up in the area and was extremely knowledgeable about the local flora, history, geology, etc. we laughed a lot, had a great time and learned a ton as well. Also had a lot of fun watching Randy wrestle with his door. Would highly recommend the tour for a great way to experience the wildness and beautify of the local backcountry outside the park - and to give your feet a rest from hiking the park.
