Very disappointed. Our tour was cancelled night before tour. At that point too late to get another tour. Saw Zion in our drive thru and from balcony of hotel.

We were extremely disappointed as well that we had to cancel your tour the night before. Unfortunately, we had a mechanical issue with our Jeep that had to be fixed in order for it to safely have taken you and your family and since our primary focus is providing a safe trip for all of our guests we had to make the determination to cancel your tour.

The 3 stops we made to view the canyons was the highlight of this jeep tour. We would not take this tour again because about 75 percent of it was driving over boulders and very rough terrain where all we saw were native plants. Our tour guide got us there and back safely but was not very knowledgeable regarding the area.

We at Zion Country Off-Road Tours strive to make each of our tours a fantastic experience and we are disappointed that you did not experience that. We are up front on our website that our tour is a true 4-wheel drive off-road experience and that there are inherent bumps/bouncing. That is all part of the fun of signing up for a 4-wheel drive jeep tour versus going somewhere you could take your rental car. With that being said, on our tour, through each bend of the trail you experience something new whether it be a new viewpoint of our beautiful red rock formations, the unique geological formations on the mesa, native plants and animals, etc. Our native plants are beautiful examples of our high desert environment and it is unfortunate that you chose to not relax, enjoy the ride, and take in the beautiful Southern Utah and Zion backcountry scenery. This scenery is what makes this area so special.
