Hop aboard our Zodiac inflatable fast boats for a guided excursion on the Pacific Ocean in Alaska’s Inside Passage! Take turns at the tiller driving or hang on and enjoy the ride. There are many tours here that allow you to just ride along, this isn’t one of them. Small groups of up to 3 inflatable fast boats follow a guide boat through the jagged coastline islands of Southeast Alaska in search of bald eagles nests, resident seals and sea lions, an immense array of inter tidal creatures and, everyone’s favorite, bubble-net feeding humpback whales! Clover Pass features calmer waters and often better weather than tours running in downtown Ketchikan so we love getting you out of town and away from the crowds.

Enjoy a beautiful spread of smoked salmon dip, warm crab and brie, hummus and other snacks and complimentary beverages (Beer, wine 21+ with iD) from the amazing view at the Salmon Falls Resort Restaurant after your time on the water.

Local guide that is very knowledgeable, relatable, receptive to guests interests, and an absolute pleasure to be around. I have been Ketchikan numerous times and done quite a few things, but this was top tier. Cannot recommend enough!

Favorite excursion we did during our Alaska cruise! Super fun tour on the water driving our own boat and following our awesome guide Ben. Great mix of salty spray and mellow floating learning about southeast Alaska and the wildlife there.

Did this trip twice! Had fun driving my own boat (I drove for half the tour and my friend drove the other half). Toward the end of our tour that morning we saw whales so we decided to stay and go back out on the second tour that day too! Saw an amazing whale show out there with humpback whales feeding a dozen times as they worked their way down the coast. Watching wildlife from your won little boat is so much cooler than riding along on the big whale watching boat! Great guide. Great gear! Everything was new. Thanks guys!
