My son and I had a great time going on this adventure. Definately willing to do the 2 hour. It was great embarrassing my son by honking at on the sidewalks.

We rented the little roadster car and although it seems small, we fit two adults in the front and two teenagers in the back comfortably. We had a WONDERFUL time taking the 1 hour tour. We got a little off track but it was ok because the GPS would navigate you back. The two teenage girls had an absolute blast riding on it too! I would highly recommend this for anyone to do! The lady working when we made our reservation was also very nice and gave us a few extra minutes on our time to stop and take in the sites.

Pros: A great way to take in the sights of Cannery Row/Fisherman’s Wharf/Pacific Grove and the beautiful Monterey coastline. 15 minute grace period allows riders to make a few quick “stops” along pre-determined route (for picture-taking, or running in/out of favorite shop) without forfeiting allotted time. Lots of smiles and waves as you pass by pedestrians. Cons: (2 seater) car does not fit 2 adults comfortably. Vehicles do not come equipped with trunk (or small storage space) for handbags/personal items and have little to no leg room to store items at your feet. Vehicle cannot be driven in reverse. Instead, driver must *manually* push car backwards, which can be a challenge if required to push up hill. Trip route is pre-set using (dated) GPS system located in the vehicle. Drivers cannot choose to vary their route without being unnecessarily “sent back” in direction of pre-programmed route. Many streets in the downtown area are one-way which can be frustrating/confusing to navigate.

Glad you had fun, all the cars have a small trunk that can accommodate bags etc not sure how you missed this but they are there, regardless it sounds like a good time was had, hope to see you back soon.
