Fantastical experience with excellent guides!! I went to MV with a family and looked at several big name Tour companies before finally booking this one based off a recommendation . Best decision I made!! It's a relatively smaller family run company with friendly guides with a sense of humor. Our GPS sent us to the wrong location and we had a slight delay in reaching them but they were very flexible and made sure it didn't dent out experience. JOHN (our guide) was full of info about the Navajo culture and history for Every rock formation we saw. I had an 8 yr old with me and even he had lots of fun. John played the flute for us at one of the formations and it was magical ! He will tell you about all the right camera angles and styles to chose to get the best pictures. As some other have mentioned in various forums , GPS can misguide in last few steps of the journey so hoping this will help other travelers- you need to meet them (not just then but most Tour companies ask to meet there) at 'THE VIEW' hotel but if using Garmin or other GPS device , they send you in the wrong direction right before the Navajo Toll booth where you pay the Navajo entry fee. What works is switching to Google maps as soon as you cross the Navajo welcome center on US 163 (will come on you left when driving from Kayenta) . It can be hard to switch while driving so what you can also do is pass by the Navajo welcome center -> come to a roundabout right after it -> take the first right (ignore what Garmin says) and keep going straight till you get to a Toll booth. Right behind the toll booth you will see a big building , that's The View Hotel. We will definitely book with them again!!!! Thank you JOHN !!!!!!!!!!!!!! For those looking for the Forrest Gump spot, when you leave The View Hotel -> exit the Toll booth (Same one where you would have earlier paid the entry fee) -> reach the roundabout (same one you took after passing Navajo welcome center) and take a right. Keep going for 10 mins or so and it's mile marker 13. You will see folks taking pictures on the road /vehicles parked to the side. This is a very good tour company and we will definitely book with them again!!!!

Our guide, Stephen, was pleasant, informative and made our experience thoroughly enjoyable. When we visited the Sun Eye he played an original tune on a Native American flute, it was a beautiful, personal touch!

Steve our guide was amazing. We learned so much about the culture and he played traditional music for us. Also we were in a closed vehicle which was nice because it was freezing outside.
