Excellent everything went to clockwork, very enjoyable experience.
We had a wonderful time on the tour! the falls were absolutely amazing, we got to see both the american and Canadian sides and it's a must-see! The hotel we were placed in surprised us positively and was well centralized for the evening activities in town. The only draw-back we had during the trip were our tour-guides. We are a family of six and during the first drive we unfortunately did not arrive early enough to sit all together and a tour guide that was there to translate for a family was sitting between us. That would have not been a problem if he was not translating while our tour-guide was still speaking, he continuously prevented us from hearing the information our tour guide was explaining, When the following day we decided to move away from that spot and sit together as a family, we were pretty rudely asked to sit back in the same spots we were sitting at yesterday, by our tour guide. Other than these technical hiccups the trip was spectacular!
This was a very enjoyable trip. Niagara Falls is beautiful and definitly a site to see. Bus ride was long but we did have plenty of stops to get up and move around. Bee and Matt (hope thats how its spelled) were great. Matt kept us informed and entertain the entire trip. We had to stay on the American side but it was wasn't an issue. The majority of the bus had the proper documents to cross the broader to Canada and about 5 of us did not. The following morning the came and picked up us and we headed to the Maid of the Mist to see the Falls. I only wish we could have stayed a little longer at the Falls but we were on a schedule. Niagara Falls is definitly worth seeing.
