From start to finish, the tour was brilliant. The long journey was broken up by plenty of stops, and our guide Marco was enthusiastic with his informative knowledge. The journey was comfortable and pleasant. loads of laughs. Marco has a great sense of humour. Canada was extra special, as it was full of snow. It was extremely cold though, so I was pleased to have worn an appropriate winter coat, boots and hat. Even though the temperature was ridiculous, the tour wasnt rushed. The group just broke off at a safe distance to take snaps. Winter is definately the best time to go to Niagra, as we were the only people there as opposed to 2million people who visit in the summer. The hotel was really nice, and the rooms very lush. Marco took us all to an italian restaraunt and we sat together and had a brilliant evening full of laughs. Up early the next morning to go for breakfast in a buffet diner which was a huge disappointment. The food was stone cold. Even when told that the beverages were cold, they made no effort to make sure the drinks were hot. We had to leave $5 tip which really wasnt deserved. Return journey was quieter as we were all tired. Marco put on some films for us to watch in the bus. The next stop was at a massive outdoor shopping complex that each outlet sold designer goods. We were there for nearly 2 hours, and to be honest I wished we had just carried on the journey home as everyone was flagging, and the weather was freezing with more snow showers due. All in all, the experience of visiting Niagra was well worth the trip. A huge thankyou to Marco and G the driver.

Tour guide Michael abrupt and unhelpful, unkempt and poorly presented. Too much travelling and not enough time at Niagara. Several unnecessary pointless stops e.g duty free on Canadian border. Hotel in Niagara poor standard. More focus on shopping trip to an outlet than Niagara itself. Stopped at Japanese/ sushi restaurant on return not to everyone's taste. Falls were impressive would suggest more focus on this part of the trip with a more pleasant tour guide.
