We arrived at the bus station at 7 as requested but the bus didn't leave until around 8 and the whole way to the falls we seemed to be rushing, we were constantly told if you don't do this or that then you'll miss the boat etc etc. We only made quick loo and food stops and even then we were told we may not arrive at the falls in time for the maid of the mist. Luckily we made the last boat trip. Why did we leave so much later than our arrival time? Seems the guides couldn't get their act together. Weather affected all the other stops the following day except for the outlet stop. We had two guides and 3 languages spoken, the 2 guides didn't get on and that was quite obvious and a little off putting also the english guide also did the israeli commentating and it seemed he was chatting all the way to the israeli's where as we got the basic info. As we spent soooo long on the bus, it would have been nice to hear more about the areas where we were travelling. Overall the falls were magnificent and I'm glad we saw them but the whole experience with the tour guides was disappointing. Wouldn't recommend the tour, next time i'd self drive or fly.
Seeing Niagara Falls in person is definitely worth the road trip. Wasn't impressed with tour guide we had but driver was very good. Accommodation on Canadian side was good.
Had a great time. Long and tiring drive, but worth the experience. Could have easily done without the Outlet experience, but overall a good couple of days, and I would recommend the trip.
