My family of six took this tour on an afternoon in July. Our guide, Rich M., was wonderful! He was so pleasant and went out of his way to accommodate my elderly brother who had arrived at the pick-up site with a walker. Rich told us he was a 35 year resident of the island and he was very knowledgeable as he told us about the history of the island and the sights we experienced. The two boys in our group were hoping to see and hear about some of the areas of the island used during the making of the movie "Jaws" and they were not disappointed. Our tour stayed on-time, but we never felt hurried or rushed at the stops where we got out of the van. Be sure to try the clam chowder during the stop at Menemsha Beach! My family returned from the tour talking fondly not only about the sights we saw, but also about our tour guide Rich himself. He truly is an asset to the company! I recommend calling the company when you first arrive on the island to be sure you know exactly where you need to be to pick up the tour bus. I thought I was in the right spot, but discovered about 15 minutes prior that I wasn't. When I called to check though, the woman who answered was so very kind. She immediately sent a map to my cell phone and we made the quick walk on time. :) I highly recommend this tour!

Rich M was our guide and his history on the island goes back to his childhood so he knows the island, who lives there etc etc. Great tour made far better by Rich's history on and love of the island.
