I had to check the group you were assigned to and I can confirm other people joined the guide; the tour went ahead successfully. We would have to investigate where exactly you were that you could not see your guide. Our company offers alternatives when our guests miss their tours. Jerry was such a gentleman! He was very patient and took the best photos of us, even getting down on his knee to get the best angles and crossing the street to get the whole church in our photo. He took us to a spot to get coffee and a bagel because we woke up later than intended and didn’t get a chance to get any breakfast on the way to the meeting point. He was absolutely amazing and so knowledgeable!!! He told us so much about the history, architecture, and cool little facts about things like the whispering bricks in grand central station!! We 100000% recommend this tour!! It was so much fun. After the tour he dropped us off at SUMMIT one and it was SUCH an amazing experience WOW best thing we’ve seen in NY hands down!! 6 immersive levels of different atmospheric experiences and tons of photo ops overlooking NYC, included the Empire State Building! Such a better experience in our opinion. Truly a price you just can’t beat especially for the outstanding experience you receive!!! Thank you so much walking tours and jerry! You were so great to us!!!

Katherine was an amazing tour guide! She is passionate and very well versed on NYC art and architecture. She kept my 11 year old son completely engaged, asking him great questions. She was fantastic!
