This experience was just ok. There is a tour guide that does a little bit of history and takes you to the entrance to the ferry. It is nice to have the help of you have not been here before but you could dod this in your own.

The tour guide was very soft spoken and didn't have any loud speaker. Everything seemed a little rushed. When we got to Liberty Island she just let us walk around on our own for 1 hour. This was not enough time to enjoy everything theres was there as well as I didn't know the tour i purchased did NOT include going inside the Statue of Liberty. When we got to Ellis Island she informed us we had 5 minutes, FIVE MINUTES, to look around then to board the boat to get to Ground Zero. Luckily i purchased a different tour for that, so my family and I diched the tour and explored the museum for 2.5 hours. (definitely wished we had more time here). Don't waste your money. There was practically no "GUIDE" in this tour.
