Dear Lucilae2, Thank u for taking the time to review our tour. We are very sorry you were late on the day of your service and were therefore not able to meet our guide Steve. It’s always hard for us to leave our guests behind, but unfortunately reservation times got only stricter with Covid, and arriving late might result in the entire group being denied entrance. Again, we apologise for not meeting your expectation and would be very happy to discuss what happened to you in detail, so please feel free to reach out to us directly at [email protected] at any time. Looking forward to hearing from you. Sincerely,
