I never write any review, but now I just can not miss it. When I purchased the tour I did not realized, that you have to be actually on the island to start the tour. We found out this just sitting in the car, we just started to laughed on all this situation with our teen son. I called to the service center and spoke with Rhoda, she quickly re re route our trip. Sent us the parking lot location and ferry schedule, she coordinate with the tour guide to make sure he will picking up us and we will on time join to the tour. Our tour guide Ken share with us not just historic facts, but also spirit of the island filled with some funny stories and facts. He was very knowledgeable and open to questions. We just want to say thank you to those wonderful people and really lifelong experience. Thank you Rhoda and Ken.
