We enjoyed our rainforest tour as well as the totem pole tour. Tracy is charming and very knowledgeable about Ketchikan and was eager to share its history and hers with us. The drive to the head of the trail was also informative thanks to Tracy. Our feedback would be that this is more than a walk with a few stairs. There were quite a few stairs and some of them were over a foot high. We don’t have a problem with a long walk (we just retuned from Dublin where we did a five mile walk around the City which included stairs), but this had too many stairs to point that I had a hard time enjoying my surroundings. Perhaps you could be more clear about this tour with plentiful stairs vs your tour with just a flat trail? We wish you all the best for your business and family in the months and years to come!

Thanks for taking the time to write review, we appreciate your feedback. We do try to include in description that there are several sets of stairs on the 3 hour tour and that the 2 hour does not have any stairs. It is important to us that guests have wonderful experience on the trails. Thank You!

This was our first stop off of our cruise ship and was a great little adventure. Our guide Jamie was kind and the tour was just our group so was nice and personal. It was great getting to see the town from the eyes of a local and to get to see the unique environments of the forests with tons of cool mushrooms. The salmon dip was delicious and learning more about the totem poles and indigenous peoples was great. Only thing I would suggest is to offer a tour with more hiking for the outdoorsy folks like my family. Overall highly recommend!

Tracy picked us up as we exited our cruise ship. We had an informative walk though the rain forest as well as the Totem park. She also narrated points of interest along the drive. She dropped us downtown so we could get lunch as well as checkout the shops. All in all a good day in Ketchikan for us.
