This was our first trip to NYC. This carriage ride was so special. Our driver, Kevin, was so nice and gave us a wonderful informative tour. Central Park is beautiful. The weather was great that day. Quite a few stops for photos. Definitely recommend!

We had no idea when we would meet our driver or where - so it was kind of confusing. He didn't really point out much and it's only 45 minutes so you do a small loop. My 12-yr old son loved it, however, so I'm giving it 4 stars. Next time we visit Central Park I am going to try one of the longer walking tours instead.

Thanks for the feedback Jill! We are glad your son loved the ride. The instructions of where to meet are clear after you book plus you always get a text from your driver to coordinate smooth pick up. There is no storefront for this business. As for the duration, it’s clearly advertised before you book that the ride is 45 min and that’s what we offer to explore the main highlights of Central Park. We look forward to have you again maybe for a longer experience.
