À quoi s'attendre

St. Paul's Chapel
We will start the tour at St. Paul's Chapel, New York City’s oldest public building still in continuous use. Just one block away from the 9/11 attacks, it miraculously survived the falling building and debris. St. Paul’s Chapel served as a makeshift rescue center during the aftermath. Its iron fence became a bulletin board where family members posted notices of their missing loved ones. Today, with the mementos received from people around the world supporting New York City, the church serves as both a landmark and a tribute.

Chapelle Saint-Paul

I went on this museum/tour with my best friend. Jim was an incredible tour guide. He was patient and kind as well. My friend and I were very young when the 9/11 tragedy occurred, so it was truly a learning experience for both of us. The way Jim spoke about the significance of the St. Paul's church gave me chills and I even teared up a bit. It reminded me that God somehow still makes His presence known, even when there's destruction. I liked how Jim spoke about where he was when 9/11 happened and just the full circle moment with how he now works as a tour guide and gave up bartending. In addition to that, we enjoyed learning about the heroes of 9/11, all of the stories were truly moving. What happened in 2001 is heartbreaking and I've been thinking about what I saw and learned since this tour and I'm constantly moved to tears when I think about this tragedy. But, despite all of that, the museum is INCREDIBLE and so detailed. The people that put all of this together as a team, really knew what they were doing to help people from all over understand what exactly went on. I definitely would like to go back and bring more people. Jim is a 10/10 tour guide. I wish I had cash on me to tip him!

We had a fabulous tour with Richard. He shared his experiences of the day and shared stories of heroism, really bringing the characters to life. He took us to the fire station and sphere monument, things we would never have found on our own. He was informative and respectful, I 100% recommend this tour.

Jaclyn was beyond exceptional. She shared the story of that fateful day with hard facts and heartwarming empathy. I found myself close to tears and filled with pride. Jaclyn's delivery is so compelling and relatable. And her grasp of so many details was astonishing. Jaclyn is the most perfect of perfect tour guides. She is a shining star sharing so much I never knew about a dark day. And I loved that she ended our tour with a story of resilience and hope. Thank you Jaclyn.
