Spent the morning zipping through paradise with my family! Highly recommend this zip line experience, the scenery is beautiful, the zip lines are so well done, and the staff is beyond amazing. Katie, Ian and Chris made our day something our family will never forget! They were knowledgeable, funny, full of energy and also very kind and considerate. If you're looking for a fantastic adventure on the Big Island, this is it!

My mom and I went to the Umauma Experience as part of her 70th birthday celebration. We could not have been treated any better! The staff are all awesome and friendly. Safety is their number one priority and you knew that the entire time. They put us at ease as it was our first time zip lining anywhere. It was exciting, thrilling and an absolute blast. It was worth the price and we will go again!

Exactly as per the title. The 2nd zip experience I had on Big Island, and comfortably the prettiest. Stunningly beautiful views and a couple of zips over multiple waterfalls make it absolutely incredible as you're going down. Name check to Katie, Chris and Skippy for being awesome guides and engaging everyone. Minor downside (not really their fault) was that high winds (and small people) meant that a few times some of the other people in the group got a bit stranded (temporarily, of course) rather than getting all the way to the end. Consequently, the zips themselves were a bit less dynamic/thrilling than the other one I went to (as mentioned, worth noting that this may have been entirely weather-related; another company had closed for the day already due to the winds). Another great Big Island experience!
