Guests not zipping but accompanied by 2 or more paying zippers may access the garden and waterfalls for free
No refunds will be issued for no-shows or late arrivals

This was one of the best zipline experiences I have ever had! I am thinking of going again! Sam, Avery and (I am sorry I forget the other guides name!!!) were amazing guides. It was worth it just for the view at the top!

Chris, Katie, and Preston made my first ever zip-lining experience great. I don't like heights and was nervous until the first line. I went the day after Thanksgiving with a friend who lives on the Big Island who had never zip-lined before either. The scenery is beautiful and passing over the waterfalls was awesome. I will definitely go back to Umauma on my next visit to Hawaii.

This is a great thing to do when visiting Big Island. Sam and his crew was great. Everything was well prepared and executed. It was about 2 hours long. Lots of fun for sure. Tip: ask the crew how to rotate and flip up-side-down if you don't already know. It adds fun to your zipping.
