Learning something new. knowledgeable instructor; easy to find. Recommend if one has the time to do this

No one was at the shop. Called and left a message but... I am not sure it was their fault because the door said they did not open until 12 but the reservation was for 11..

This booking was very strange. A day after the booking was created, I received a message from someone using the TripAdvisor App saying that this booking was created using either the wrong email address or it was a scam because the email address used belonged to someone in the Netherlands. I sent this message to the TripAdvisor Customer Care department for them to look into, but heard nothing back from them. The day of the booking, I came into the store, which opens at 10:00 a.m., and set up the class at the store, which is located at 138 Moraine Ave. Estes Park as stated on the booking ticket, in anticipation of the 11:00 class. When 11:00 came and the participants had not arrived, I tried to call them using the number given in the booking, but the phone just kept ringing and never went to voicemail for me to leave a message. I left the materials and supplies set-up in the store just in case the participants would eventually arrive, but no one ever arrived for the class. The phone number for the store is (970)685-8818, but I never received a phone call from the participants or had a voicemail from them. There is a wildfire in our area which has been drastically effecting our cellphone & communication systems, which may account for the lack of ability to get in contact with one another, but I have asked TripAdvisor to look into this booking and find out what happened.

Really enjoyed doing this after a long drive from kansas! I dont recall getting the girls name who showed us step by step but she was very nice and patient with us! Our canvas is beautiful. A memory we will never forget.
