We reserved a cabana, and the attendant was the very helpful. We ate at “Mango Joe’s” because half of the places to eat were closed. Over priced food, but the ribs were very good. The Server (I think her name was Mira or something like that) was extremely rude, with a nasty attitude. The other serve (Angie) was very polite and helpful. She asked me if I needed anything And I said I would pay to see her co worker have better attitude towards customers or even a smile. She told me that her co worker is always like that and that she’s tried to talk to her with no positive results. I am a disabled veteran and when I wet to use the bathrooms I found them to be not well kept and some of the door won’t lock because the latch will not aligned (see photo). Also, there was NO toilet paper (see photo). I understand the they were short staffed, I traveled from Virginia. We vacation in Florida every year and I was under the impression that all Busch gardens theme park (like the one in Virginia )keep the same standards, but I guess I was wrong. Other that that, the rest of the employees were very good. I will never never visit this place again.

Guest service and park cleanliness are top priorities for our park and we regret to read this standard was not met on this date. There is never a reason for an employee to be rude or discourteous to any of our guests.
