Our driver was very imformative and engaged everyone in the group. His local knowledge, including the scriptied tour was helpful in our understanding of Anchorage. Would definately recomed this for any first timer to the area.

Sami was great! Tour itself was way overpriced for what we did and saw. Driving us to several local businesses that are selling you merchandise should be almost free. The occupants of the bus paid a total of $500 for 3 hrs in a shuttle van and spent more than an hour inside retail shops that you could walk to.

Yes Sami has many good reviews. The price of this tour which is $49.00 went extra time at 4.5 hours because Sami did bonus stops for you. You visited all that was talked about in the description. The ULU Factory, Ship Creek, learned about the 9.2 Earthquake at the exhibits which Sami showed and explained in detail. You then went down Main Street where Sami pointed out great places to visit while telling you stories of how Anchorage was founded. Your next stop was Earthquake Park and then on to a beautiful look out to get a skyline picture of Anchorage and views of Denali the largest mountain on the North American continent standing at 20, 300 feet. You saw a moose. Then she took you to Lake Hood one of the larges sea base float planes. Next it was Alaska sausage and seafood to get a taste of Alaska -- smoked salmon and reindeer sausage. Who wouldn't want to taste that? Then it was off to Wildberry Products to see the largest chocolate waterfall in the world and taste chocolates made with some of the many wild berries grown right here in Alaska. She then took you to Beluga Point for a scenic look at the breathtaking Turnagain Arm after which she took you to spot Dahl Sheep on the mountain cliffs. For an added extra touch she took you to Falls Creek one of Turnagain Arms most scenic waterfalls. You started this adventures journey at 8 am and it ended approximately 12:30 pm. Wow what a treat she gave you all action packed and scenic. All for $49.00 too. I wish in your review you would have told us what we were missing and why $49.00 is too much?

It was a great mox of walking and riding. Stayed in Anchorage amd got to see so many of the sites that we would have missed without a car. Our guide, Sam, was spectacular going above and beyond to ensure we all had a wonderful and engaging tour. The chocolate factory was of course my favorite and she got us there right as they opened so we were first!
