Well first off TripAdvisor showed it as starting at 10 am. I got a phone call at 8 am asking if I was nearby and I said I was not since I was under the impression it was at 10. I was told no big deal and that I would be moved to the following day. Then I found out I had to leave Alaska due to work to which I asked for a refund for the tour and was denied. Then I get four emails asking me to give a review and that it was a pleasure having me. Odd since I couldn’t make it.

Your tour time was clearly written on your voucher. We offered to pick you up at your hotel if you were ready. You asked to move it to the next day. The next day came and you again no showed. You may have requested a refund from Viator but never called the company. Refunds are rejected for no shows and just because you change your date does not restart the clock for refunds. Twice drivers waited for you with full vans and you chose not to call or cancel in a timely fashion.

This was a great tour. Sam was fabulous and had so much Knowledge of the Anchorage area and the history. The stop we made at the sausage place was fabulous and we were able to buy some Reindeer Sausage. Sam was so willing to take pics of us and does it all with a great, peppy, fun attitude and personality. Would def recommend this to others.
