The audio guide skipped and we went down a one way road. No opportunity to turn around nor directions how to reorient….waste of money and time

Bret, it's unfortunate this happened on your visit to the Antietam National Battlefield Self-Guided Driving Tour. My tours are crafted to provide the best experience starting from the designated start point, as shared in your confirmation email and listing details. Following the route and speed limits is vital, as venturing off the set path can cause navigation issues. You can always check the stops in the app and reorient with the map if needed. I’d encourage you to try the tour; it's valid for an entire year, and sticking to the outlined route will help ensure a smooth experience.

Not a bad tour. However, they will continually annoy you with emails afterwards. I sure hope they don’t share my email address!!!

Matt, the emails are from Viator. They have your email (I don’t). Please consider revising your review to reflect your experience with my tour and not with the Viator platform.
