As someone who loves American history but isn't well versed in the Civil War, it's incredibly difficult to put into words how amazing Antietam National Battlefield is. Everything is so well preserved, and the park guides are so knowledgeable. Together, the Battlefield came to life, and you get an overwhelming sense of what happened there in 1862. We watched the movie at the visitors center, listened to the park guide's presentation, and then took the guided car tour. To appreciate what the Civil War soldiers experienced and our history here in America, it's truly a must-see on your travels.

Visited Antietam and the rangers explained that this is a scam. The purchase does not cover the entrance fee and all the information is free on the park's website and app.

It sounds like there was some confusion! This tour is an add-on for the park entrance fee, like an audiobook guide. Park rangers are fantastic, but their information might not be on the specific battle stories this tour covers. To make things right, I'll get you a full refund. Just shoot me an email ASAP so I can process it.

Audio stopped before complete no way to go back found. When did your end? Did not always state if need to stop or drive slowly. Dot in circle but audio not over and backing up does not restart. More info button not on screen. At end saw pdfs, were these the more info? Will never buy again.

It sounds like you missed the welcome audio, Katie! That one covers the speed limits and how the tour works. No worries, though—you can still listen to all the stories manually in the app—just tap on the story list. If you run into any other snags, my support team is here to help from 5 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST.
