  • Les vélos électriques élimineront tout le dur labeur de votre trajet. Nous avons régulièrement des coureurs qui couvrent tout le spectre de l'âge et de la condition physique. La principale exigence est que vous soyez suffisamment coordonné et en forme pour équilibrer un vélo de 55 livres. Une session de formation et de pratique est prévue au début de chaque visite. Pour les personnes qui souhaitent faire le tour mais qui ne sont pas en mesure d'équilibrer un vélo, il est possible d'organiser une balade à l'arrière de l'un de nos vélos cargo extensibles qui sera conduit par une autre personne de votre groupe.
  • Légalement, vous devez avoir 16 ans ou plus pour conduire un vélo électrique. Les guides se réservent le droit de demander une preuve d'âge à tout cavalier. Les cyclistes doivent également mesurer au moins 5 pieds pour conduire leur propre vélo. Les passagers de moins de 16 ans peuvent voyager en tant que passager avec un adulte dans leur groupe à l'arrière de l'un de nos vélos cargo ou dans un siège enfant (pour les enfants âgés de 1 à 6 ans ou pesant jusqu'à 48,5 livres).
  • Les visites sont soumises à des conditions météorologiques favorables. S'il y a de la pluie légère dans les prévisions mais pas au début du tour, nous déciderons ensemble au moment du tour de rouler ou non. Nous fournirons des ponchos de pluie et des housses de pluie pour les sacs de rangement sur les vélos afin de protéger vos affaires. En cas d'annulation en raison de mauvaises conditions météorologiques, vous aurez la possibilité d'une autre date ou d'un remboursement complet.

My family and I had a wonderful time exploring Asheville with Turin! He was so knowledgeable about the city and its history, and had many great personal recommendations for the best places to eat and drink. We biked nearly eight miles and within this time saw beautiful views of Asheville from the Omni Grove Inn, as well as toured the heart of the city and the Botanical Gardens. The extra assist from the electric bike on the steeper hills never made the trip too strenuous and allowed us to take in all of the city's beauty! We could not have asked for a better guide than Turin, he was extremely gracious and personable and we would highly recommend his tour to anyone.

We met Torin at the park - he was able to give a quick lesson on how to use the electric bikes. Once we set out on the tour we knew it was going to be amazing!!!! We were able to view Asheville on a different level. Torin has such a passion for the city and was able to speak of the history with ease. We never felt rushed and never felt silly to ask questions. This is a must do while in Asheville!!!

My husband and I are health enthusiasts and exercise daily. When we travel we like to explore and discover all that we can about a place we're visiting. Sometimes the traditional tours are just not on the top of our list. Torin and the Electro Bike Tours are a hidden gem and a “must-do!” This terrific city touring option was better than we imagined! We were able to combine exercising and touring together. The electric bikes offer the pedaling assistance where needed with so many hills in Asheville, not to mention the needed help I required for my limiting range of activity due to arthritis and recent injuries. In just 2 hours, we were filled with the usual facts about Asheville, AND so many secret (unknown to most) and fun tidbits. Customer service is first and foremost with Torin and the Electro Bike Tours. Torin was very accommodating and thorough in explaining all the necessary prep for the tour (about the bikes, the rules of the road, etc). Torin is extremely caring and passionate about Asheville, which shines through as he shares his knowledge of the city. We would highly recommend the Electro Bike Tours and especially Torin. We wish him much success as he continues to grow this excellent tourist opportunity and serve Asheville’s visitors. It was truly one of the highlights of our trip to Asheville!
