All of our guides have individual and unique ties to the Amish community and have always enjoyed showing off the “true” Lancaster County. This rich, immersive experience is personally designed to give you a rare window into the authentic Amish culture. Every meal is an amazing experience!

The scenery, the driver and the history were wonderful. The lunch was fantastic. Miss Emma is a great cook and so nice. Great food. It was delicious. Thank you. We praise God for His goodness.

I was so impressed with not only the look of the Amish people and their culture that our guide had but also the relationship that he had developedi with each site we visited which allowed him to take us through the properties.

Our Guide for this Tour was "Sandy" and she was absolutely amazing. She was filled with so much interesting information and so many helpful hints. We learned a lot from her. Sandy was incredibly accommodating as we had my Mom with us who had a walker. I'm guessing this isn't something that happens often. Sandy was very helpful with getting it on and off the van. Sandy was very open to questions and did her best to provide the answers. Our lunch was at the home of Emma Stoltzfus and her three children sat down and had lunch with us. The food was endless and delicious. We actually asked for a couple of recipes, yes, it was that good. Her home was very warm and welcoming and she was open to answering questions. Her three children were amazing tour guides *smiling* After lunch they took us outside to introduce us to their horses and dogs and to see their property. I hate to bring this up but our only complaint and it would be minimal, was that the van was jam packed. We had read this in other reviews but thought those might have been one-of experiences. If you're taking this tour, I'm guessing you should expect to have the van jam-packed.

Thank you so much for the comprehensive and thoughtful review. Thanks also for the shout out to your guide Sandy and the Stoltzfus family. We have a maximum seating capacity of 14 which, unlike large bus groups, guarantees a more intimate experience, and sometimes during our busy season we do have full groups.
