Easy check-in at the museum (we prepaid online), and we were handed a doublesided tour map with some descriptions of key locations. Little museum was nicely put together, and the self-guided tour stops on the Tabasco property were well thought out with appropriate interpretive information at each spot. We also did the driving through of the Jungle Gardens which was very nice too, and was reminiscent of Louisiana's answer to the grounds at Hearst Castle. Thoroughly enjoyed our time there! The restaurant does close early, so we missed that piece of things, so be aware. There was a nice tasting bar in the store, and we ended up with several bottles of Tabasco varietals not found in our local California area.

Super interesting factory and history of the family who started and still owns Tobasco. It's a self-guided tour and the bottling facility doesn't run on weekends. There is a store filled with all things Tobasco and tastings of the hot sauces, BBQ sauces, and Tobasco ice cream. The Jungle Garden is a drive through area with a down loadable audio tour that was interesting.

Great family visit that kept the attention of all ages 5 - 76. The experience did a good job of reflecting on historical past of the island as well as honoring all employees and the culture that existed on the island. Tasting bar was fun. Great value for the price paid for admission to the experience - highly recommend.
