About one hour after I made and paid for the reservation (and three hours before the tour was to take place), the operator called me and told me that the tour was cancelled. They gave no reason for the cancellation (weather was perfect that day) so I can only assume that there were mechanical problems with the boat or not enough people signed up for the tour. In any case, I was left stranded without the tour I had planned to take. Since I had so recently made the reservation, it should have been declined at the time or rejected by the operator when it was sent to them for their approval.
