My journey in yoga commenced years ago when my mother, against my reluctance, urged me to attend her yoga class at the studio she owned. It was during the final resting pose, shavasana, that I experienced the profound impact of the practice— a feeling of weightlessness and inner peace engulfed me. As time passed, I immersed myself more frequently in yoga, and one day while practicing on the beach, I caught the attention of a passer-by who expressed interest in joining me. This marked the beginning of my path as a yoga instructor.

After attaining my RYS-200 certification, I opened my practice to anyone nearby who wished to partake in the journey with me. It has been a rewarding experience, guiding and sharing the practice with others, as I continue to grow in my role as a yoga teacher, and never stop learning.

What a nice moment for me in Miami! I'm very glad, I came here for few days and did many different activities to enjoy Miami as much as I can. That one was amazing in such a nice place. Damian was a very impressive teacher, it is not common to see a tall super flexible guy and he knows a lot about the body and connexion. very friendly and nice man! I recommend that activity!

I had my second yoga session with Damien and once again it was amazing. I left feeling incredibly relieved. Located right on the beach, with the soothing sound of ocean waves in the background, the setting is second to none. Damien's patience and careful guidance make him an excellent instructor, especially for beginners like me. I will definitely book another session next time I'm in the area.
