The schedule was amazing, but our guide cum driver experience was not the best. Unfortunately we had a Chinese guide who couldn’t speak English well, and did not explain anything at all. It left our experience less than average. The only highlight of the trip was the beautiful sunny weather and a great view of the Golden Gate Bridge. I blame viators poor organization skills for this

Thank you very much for your feedback. We are so sorry that you are not satisfied with the services you received. Although the tour guide arranged you to sit in the front row and gave you special attention and English explanations, we are sorry that other customers in the same group communicated in their native language, which brought you a bad travel experience.

This company caters more for Chinese tourist. The tour guide did most of the commentating in Chinese. We were with 3 other Chinese tourist. The mini van was cramp and old and dirty. In the end, the guide ask for separate service fee of $12.00 each. Viator needs to know about this so they can add this info to there website.

Please accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused. We are an international tour company, this tour had both Chinese and English-speaking customers, therefore the tour guide gave explanations of the same content in both Chinese and English. He did his best to make the guests feel better. We are sorry for the negative experience, nonetheless. The vehicle we use is a new car in 2023, a professional tourist vehicle, Again, I would like to express my sincere apologies and sincerely hope that we can give you a better opportunity to be served next time!
