Mark & Ahman (Ahmad) did an excellent job. They're both very passionate about the world's most talked about city. Mark's commentary on each landmark is interesting. He has a great sense of humor. Much love from South Carolina:}

We did both the uptown and downtown tours. The tours themselves were fine. One of our buses had a off-and-on technical problem with its sound system. Their map seems to say that the uptown bus stops across from Madame Tussauds, but I don't think it does. We finally bailed and walked to another nearby stop.

We took both the Red Line tour and the Blue line tour. During the tour we had 3 tour guides and all were very weak. Difficult to understand the tour guides and more focused on celebrities and real estate pricing rather than historical or significant historical information. On theBlue Line tour we unable to sit on the top deck so were forced to do the full tour downstairs. The temperature on the lower deck was extremely hot and our driver apologized repeatedly for the temperature. There was no ability to open any windows and clearly no air conditioning. Brutal tour

We expect our guides are trained to present a commentary that is both informative and enjoyable, explaining the history of different buildings and sights, all while adding information and facts about Manhattan. They are also expected to treat our guests with courtesy, respect and kindness. We appreciate you providing names and descriptions of the tour guides and drivers that you had on your tours, as this information helps us with coaching and retraining to [email protected]. Please know we track the demand, and plan for additional buses during busier times in keeping with capacity control, there are events out of our control. in regards to air conditioning, we do have A/C as well as check our buses before leaving for the days service, but sometimes we experience issues during hotter days.We’re truly sorry that we did not meet your expectations on this trip but with the feedback you provided, we will continue to strive to be better, and hopefully meet your expectations next time you use Big Bus Tours.
