There is no live tour guide. It is sound track that plays mostly music and a few New York informational tid bits. The uptown/blue line has very few buses running on it so you can wait for a very long time. We had to change our dates at the last minute when we were told of route changes or cancelations due to parades and marathons. They did accomodate the change nicely but sooner then 48hrs in advance would have been appreciated.

The Wait times are too long. You are better off walking since everything is very close. I'd say this is a rip off. One day is more than enough.
