The number of people soliciting you to ride the bus is obnoxious - they are in your face, forcing pamphlets on you and are not nice when you decline. The narration during the ride is weak - in great need of updating and lacks content - and the outlets for the earphones don't consistently work. It makes zero sense to me that you can purchase tickets online and add to your Apple wallet, but a paper ticket is required for boarding bus. Head scratcher.

Best way to see the city x excellent value for money and easiest way to see the sites even with traffic the buses were every 15-20 minutes . Staff very helpful at every stop guiding you to the sites

Incredibly disappointed. It was not cheap. We waited for some time to get on the first stop at Times Square. Part way round we decided to hop off and talk a walk across the Brooklyn Bridge, we then took a walk before getting to the stop by the Workd Trade Center. We waited whilst two buses stopped, off loaded some passengers and would not let us on. The company had clearly sold more tickets than they had capacity for. Their customer service was then very poor. The commentary when we were on was uninformative and dull. would definitely not recommend. Waste of money.
