As a family of four, we enjoyed a 2 day Premium Big Bus Tour package which included the Empire State and a Circle Line Cruise! We all had such a great experience! We managed to complete most of the Big Bus Tours in the package, including the night-time tour which gave such a different view of New York and had a fabulous time! Their guides on the buses have lots of local knowledge and history of the area to pass on to us tourists. We loved our visit to the Empire State (which was better than the One World Tower) and the Circle Cruise as well. Just be aware that when you activate your 2 day ticket on the bus, you also activate the additional options - you need to complete your bus tours and Empire State and Cruise within the 2 day period! If you opt for more additional options you'll probably need more days on the bus tour OR buy the options separately. We did, however, manage all our options and required tours within the 2 days of our ticket. One last point is that Big Bus Tours seem to be the most reliable bus tour company. We observed many other bus tour companies broken down at the roadside whilst we drove around New York - we didn't have any such problems! Overall, we had a great experience which added to our enjoyable visit to New York!

Worst tour ever!!! I can believe I waste my money and time on this. The info lacks of history, is SUPER basic ... I mean, I'm not looking to become an expert on NY history but at least know how they got there. And their STAFF are the worst!!! The guys the hire to get you to buy the sucking tours are the worst! so ANNOYING and RUDE! I saw one of them trying to fight a tourist just because they bump each other, have to say the fault was from their staff it look like he was looking to get bump by the tourist. This company should show them some basic manners to their employees. PLEASE DONT WAST YOUR MONEY ON THEM!!!!
