The one good thing about this tour (and it really did help redeem it) was our tour guide Tammy, who spoke about NYC with passion and spirit. However...this company is ridiculously unorganized. You're told to show up between 6 and 8pm. There's no proper line up. Buses come sporadically. We showed up at 7 and waited until almost 9pm for a bus. Their rule is as long as you are in line by 8:30pm, you will get on the tour. Very very frustrating. It's chaotic and unpleasant. The tour itself is quite nice...if you're lucky to get a good tour guide. Not sure if the good outweighs the bad.

Bernie was super sweet. Great guide. Took good care of us in the rain. Tour lasted for about two hours. Worth the money. Be sure to use the restroom and eat beforehand. Got to see much of the area, without all the walking.

My wife and I really enjoyed our tour (other then the cold weather). The tour is very informative and I appreciated the guides sense of humour as well. The tour lasted about 1.5 hours, left during the daylight, returned at night.
