We thought this would be a good way to get around and learn a little before going to each monument, we've done it in other cities and really liked the experience. However, based on my experience I cannot recommend this particular bus to anyone.
1. The price is astronomical. It was in the neighborhood of $100 for two people at 3:00 in the afternoon (5:00pm shutdown). Being that we didn't know this until after the credit card was swiped we decided to proceed. If I would have thought better to ask I absolutely wouldn't have proceeded.
2. The bus tour was horrible. They use an intercom system of a pre-recorded taping with a set of throw away headphones. Firstly, this is extremely wasteful that they throw out thousands of headphones daily. Secondly, the tour narrative wasn't informative at all and on multiple occasions, the taping didn't even match where we were.
I saw at least one other company using a guide instead of headphones, and I strongly suggest you invest in that tour instead. When we were in montreal we had a guided bus tour and it was fantastic, this particular venue though was nothing more than a cash grab.

Good Afternoon Christopher,
Thank you for taking the time to tour with us and for your submission of this review. I would like to apologize for the lack of communication from our agent for some of these things could’ve been avoided with communication.
1. Tickets redeemed after 1 pm are extended until the same time, the next day. If you aren’t in town the next day, a Patriot Ticket ( Red Loop Only) could’ve been offered for $40 per adult.
2. Most of our buses are equipped with guides but the ones that aren’t have pre recorded commentary. Head sets are yours to keep, even after touring.
Once again, I apologize for the lack of communication. I will make sure our management team reviews this for coaching.
Regards,
Martavia
