We had Hugo GREATEST TOUR EVER. Extremely upbeat made us laugh kept us entertained the whole tour . We Loved Hugo… HUZZAH

We really enjoyed our ride and tour with Hugo! He educated us about city sites while also making it fun and entertaining. When we hopped off and got back on, another tour guide... while great at the educational details... was a bit rude. I am a Girl Scout Leader and was quietly talking to my co-leader about how to navigate the next stops. The tour guide asked me what we were talking about (like a teacher asking whether it is relevant to the lesson). I felt like a child getting in trouble at school or something. We tried not to speak but had to discuss something else QUIETLY. She again shushed us, stating she can't do the tour with people talking or something to that effect. ALSO I said "Huzzah" to something (as Hugo does with his busses, for fun) and she shamed me for doing so stating "Nobody says that here". I found that kindof funny since it was another bus driver who does this for fun. But also still a bit rude to say to a tourist when you're driving a bus for tourists. All in all, we enjoyed the hop on/ hop off tour but were SUPER GLAD that HUGO was our last bus driver to finish up our trip. He really made our day <3 We had none of the issues with full trolleys, other than a short wait at the start of the tour, that some speak of during this time frame. We took the tour on a Monday.
