My husband and I enjoy discovering local gems when we travel, and this your is definitely one of them! We enjoyed our guide Thatcher, that the food (which was all delicious) was really the icing on the cake! He was such a funny and knowledgeable host that it was like hanging out with friends. We really appreciated the history lesson on points of interest along the way, and especially enjoyed the backstories he gave about the stops we made. We really loved everything we tried, but our favorites were the pumpkin ravioli at Bencotto and the cannolis at Modern Pastry. So good, and absolutely recommend :)

After much cajoling I finally decide to take this tour, which is now long running. I also admit to my first taste of lobster, which I cannot wait to taste again. What a sweet and delicious meat. I learned much history, the area is beautiful and the guide charming. I rate a tour by my desire to go again to the place or in this case restaurants. From the lobster to the sandwich to the pizza each place I was able to return to. Not one dissapointed. Now I am a food tour convert.
